cooperation?

 

After 1 1/2 year of trying to develop this idea without money, now i come to a point, where i have to admire, that it is to extremlely difficult.

You either have to be a programer itself or have a bunch of dollars to rent one. All the unpaid helper and non-profit developers quit or got ill. Now I am alone again.

But:

A few weeks ago i got an offer of a businessman who is interested in my idea. Is it the right desision to shake hands?

You still remember my three priorities:

1. We want to realize our project. The best way!
2. If there is profit we would like to pay out our developers.
3. If there is a lot of profit we want to invest in social projects

Am i forced now, to give my idea away to people, who just have financial interest?

I don’t see another way to realize my project. In the last year, my trials failed, to develop open source and without investment capital.

If i would make a condition to keep the main creative input to form the program the best way, will he stick to it? Will the former helpers and developers get paid out fair? Would the businessman invest the profit into social projects?

We will see…

How can we realize our vision?

Synappz can grow to a powerfull tool in every-day organizing of sozial communities, projects and business. Because the essence of our idea is so simple, there are a variaty of uses.

There are several possibilities to realize our project:

First: Go to a bank, get some credit…

…and run:

1. Start a coorperation
2. Buy some programmer freelancer
3. Let them code the concept – fast
4. Public our program
5. make a lot of advertisement
6. try to make a lot of money to pay the credit back

Another possibility:

1. Make a very very very good presentation of our idea
2. Publish it on kickstarter
3. Make a lot lot lot of “friends” and make them to donate
4. Buy some freelancer
5. Make a good plattform for the people by the people, free and nice

The third possibility is:

1. find some people who are realy interested in helping to develop the thing
2. coordinate and wait wait wait
3. maybe we reach the goal
4. maybe there is profit and we can pay out to the developers.

This three points we are sure about:

1. We want to realize our project. The best way!
2. If there is profit we would pay out our developers.
3. If there is a lot of profit we want to invest it to social projects

Update:

We contact several open-source communities like Mozilla for support or  if we could join.
